Jumping on the trend of this convenient feature, Hyundai Motors has released several existing variants with Paddle Shifters in automatic transmission vehicles.

India’s favourite SUV is the first in its segment to come with paddle shifters enabling the driver to shift gears with a touch of a finger.
Paddle Shifters are offered in two Hyundai Creta variants, the SX and SX(O). The SUV is equipped with a seven-speed DCT unit and is powered by a 1.4-litre unit, producing a max power of 138 bhp and 242 Nm of torque.
The Hyundai Alcazar is comfort redefined in a car! Making it extremely convenient for drivers, all automatic transmission variants of Hyundai Alcazar have been equipped with paddle shifters. They include the Prestige (O) AT, Platinum (O) AT, and Signature (O) AT.
The Alcazar comes with two engine variants, a 2.0-litre petrol engine capable of producing 157 bhp of power and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that can produce 113 bhp of power. Both engine variants come with the option of either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
The new Hyundai Venue offers a clutchless experience in two variants SX and SX(O), and also in Sport Trim on SX & SX(O). Hyundai Venue is also equipped with Paddle Shifters for seamless driving for the above variants.
The Venue is equipped with Hyundai’s latest clutch pedal free iMT technology, paired with Kappa 1.0 l T-GDi Petrol BS6 engine and a six-speed manual transmission that features an electro-mechanically actuated clutch. In simple terms, the mechanism is similar to a manual transmission, but the driver need not press the clutch to shift gears.
