On 25th May 2022, Trident Hyundai was presented with the third-place prize for the 2021 CX Championship Award for their performance and discipline over the years.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the awards ceremony was conducted virtually in 2021. Dealers were given two months to upload their best role play video incorporating Hyundai’s Key Behaviour Concept. The competition soared across the globe, with over 1800 video entries from 69 countries. From Hyundai Motor India alone, 158 service centres participated in the competition.
The 2021 CX Championship Award was awarded to Trident Hyundai by Mr Mohan Das, Head of Hyundai Service Training, and Mr Sourabh Bali, Head of Hyundai Technical Support.
Trident Training was established in July 2011, taking on a new venture to improve customer service not only in Trident dealerships but also across various Hyundai dealerships in Karnataka. Trident Hyundai received third place in the 2021 CX Championship Awards thanks to their exemplary training and discipline.
Along with the 2021 CX Championship Award, Mr Roopesh Pai was awarded the Culture Captain Award for maintaining the highest level of discipline within the team. The Culture Captain Award commemorates the best performing trainer in charge of maintaining cordial relations and discipline within the team.
The Hyundai Motor Company team visited the Trident Training Centre at Hosur Road for the first time since its launch. One of the biggest training centres in Bangalore, Trident Training conducts training for Hyundai dealers across Karnataka and all the Trident brands, including Hyundai, Isuzu, Renault and Trucking.
